Cabin Construction
This cabin is constructed from 28mm high quality tongue and groove interlocking logs. The cabin is constructed to be able to withstand the elements. The timber of this building has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source.
Roof Construction
The cabin features a reverse style apex roof which also provides a shaded and sheltered area if needed. The roof is constructed from 16mm tongue and groove and is covered in a heavy duty mineral felt as standard. The option to add stylish roof shingles is available to create a decorative tiled roof finish.
Toughened Glass
The 2 two way tilt/swivel opening windows and the half glazed lockable double doors come with toughened glass as standard. The style of these windows will give the cabin a bright and well ventilated interior. The option to give the windows a Georgian style effect is also available by simply placing the bar window detailing onto the cabin when constructing.
Open Extention
The veranda of this cabin creates a stylish entrance which can provide an extra area for you to relax and enjoy the garden. The combination of an indoor and outdoor area means this cabin is the ultimate, multi-functional log cabin that can be enjoyed all year round.

The Rowlinson 4.2m x 3.3m Garden Office Log Cabin is a versatile garden building that can be utilised as a home office, gym or simply as a place of relaxation. The cabin features two toughened glass, two way tilt/swivel opening windows. Lockable half glazed double doors on the covered veranda offer a welcoming entrance to the cabin and optional Georgian effect bar window detailing is included if you wish to add them to your build.
The cabin is made of interlocking tongue and groove logs with tongue and groove floor and roof, which is covered in mineral roof felt to protect the building from elements. The garden building arrives untreated and will require a treatment following construction to protect the timber.
This product is Untreated. It is ESSENTIAL that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative immediately after assembly in order to activate any stated guarantee. This treatment will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer’s instructions.
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Rowlinson products.
Standard Delivery
We will send you an SMS with a confirmed delivery date up to 2 working days after placing your order. If you are not happy with the date specified you can contact us to arrange a more suitable day. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Mon-Fri). We will then send you an SMS with a two hour delivery time slot the day before your delivery date.
Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Installation Service
Installation is available on many of our log cabins for most UK postcodes and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the note please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your log cabin in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
Please Note: Additional items such as paint, furniture and storage units may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
