Cabin Construction
This cabin is constructed from slow grown Baltic sourced pine with interlocking tongue and groove joints in the ceiling, floor and cladding. Chalet connections also help to keep the building wind tight and add to the overall strength of the structure. Manufactured from certified sustainably sourced timber with a cladding thickness of 28mm. This Cabin is also available in 34mm or 44mm cladding options.
Roof Construction
The cabin features an apex style roof, designed to create a spacious interior with a traditional looking exterior. Constructed from 16mm tongue & groove timber boards and covered with a high quality mineral felt as standard. A superior roof felt upgrade is available or stylish roof shingles can be added to create a decorative tiled roof finish.
High Quality Double Glazing
The windows and doors are manufactured using EN 12150 certified safety glass for a safer, stronger building. With opening windows and half glazed French doors, the interior of this cabin is bright, airy and welcoming. The windows and doors are all double glazed and lockable for added warmth and security.
Contemporary Chrome Ironmongery
This Log Cabin features a stylish, contemporary set of chrome ironmongery with a Mortice lock and key for additional security.

The Adley 5m x 3m Lincoln Log Cabin is a stylish and elegant log cabin that would complement any style of garden. The large, open plan design makes this garden building an excellent choice for those looking to add living or entertaining space to their home. The building features a large, extended roof overhang, which provides a sheltered area for outdoor seating. Fronted with two large windows and half glazed double doors, this cabin has a bright and airy interior to enjoy. The large overhand roof allows for natural shade and weather protection for the doors, meaning you can be confident in keeping the doors open even during a British summer.
We manufacture this log cabin using high quality, Baltic timber log boards, which we offer in 28mm, 34mm and 44mm variants. The boards interlock to form an extremely robust and rigid structure, while forming a tight seal against water ingress and draughts. The solid boards offer inherent heat retaining qualities, meaning you can use this cabin all year around! The roof and floor are constructed using tongue and groove boards that interlock to form a hard-wearing and heavy-duty finish, perfect for frequently used buildings and heavy furniture. The roof is covered with high quality roofing felt as standard, to give your building further protection from the weather. The windows and doors are supplied with double glazing, ensuring you benefit from the maximum heat retention and noise reduction. We supply all of our log cabins with a secure mortise lock and key, so you can be confident in the security of your new garden building
All of our log cabins are manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber. Our cabin are supplied un-treated and will require a coat of high quality timber treatment shortly after construction. The log cabin will be delivered in individual tongue and groove timber lengths and should be constructed on a firm and level base.
Whether you require a quiet and peaceful spot to escape to, or you’re in need of a home office, this cabin would be the perfect fit. You could easily transform this cabin into a relaxing garden getaway, with cosy sofas, comfy armchairs and shelves full of books. Or perhaps you’re in need of a home office or hobby room, this cabin has ample room for desks, equipment and storage, with robust flooring that can easily bare the weight of heavy furniture. This open and airy cabin would also make a great space for entertaining family and friends, from setting up games tables to dining alfresco. Once furnished with your favourite pieces and decorated to your liking, this cabin will soon become the focal point of your garden.
This product is Untreated. It is ESSENTIAL that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative immediately after assembly in order to activate any stated guarantee. This treatment will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer’s instructions.
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Adley products.
Standard Delivery
We will contact you on the morning of your confirmed delivery date by email and/or SMS with a two hour delivery time slot. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
Deliveries are made on large vehicles. Log Cabins come flat packed and are delivered to the kerbside, driveway or front garden. Our delivery team will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date. Don’t worry if you don’t hear from our team immediately, once your log cabin is manufactured and ready for delivery a member of the team will contact you.
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Pick a Day Delivery
We offer a pick a day delivery service on a wide range of our log cabins, simply enter your delivery postcode to see all the available delivery dates for your area and choose the one that best suits you. This service is for selected buildings, and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.
Pick a day delivery is subject to availability. Postcode must match your delivery address, otherwise the delivery date may not be available. Pick a Day delivery may not be available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery. Installation Service
Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes and the service varies depending on the product. If home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange an installation date. This service will normally be booked in between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase. We recommend covering your items or keeping them in a sheltered area during this period.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the note please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your cabin in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
Please Note: Additional items such as paint, furniture or storage units may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
